Request for Quote Portal and Form

To request a quote, buyers who are entitled to tax-exempt status and/or special shipping may use this portal. Fill out and submit this RFQ, and we will reply with a final total. Thereafter, you may supply your organization’s official purchase order by email to info@sensoriumllc.com.

Note that this text is print-on-demand, and as such, delivery may be as long as four weeks, although most production times are shorter. If the book is in stock in sufficient quantities, we will advise, and the product will subsequently be shipped from our office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Buyers should plan realistically for delivery based on availability. Note: Each case contains 9 books, stacked flat. Our RFQ response will include shipping cost.

Additionally, shipping will generally be made through UPS or FedEx, which ever is cheaper, at our discretion, unless the buyer has special shipping needs. Also, the buyer may arrange pickup for LTL orders. Please include this information in the form details.

Course adoption information is available in the main menu (header), and supplemental lab sessions and examinations will soon be available. This information will be securely downloaded only to those who show proof that they are verified as designated course instructors by their member organizations.
